Christian Life Coaching is designed to take a forward looking, faith based approach at what you are walking through. 

We will move from where you are to where you want to go through asking curious questions, seeking perspective shifts, and choosing to follow the Lord's guidance.

Relationships can get messy.

You may begin to feel unheard and misunderstood. Sometimes in hard conversations it can be helpful to have a third party present to help hold space and to address any areas of confusion. Mediation sessions are designed to do just that.
